For technical support on products purchased from K Denshi, please EMail Tech Support (katz@kdenshi.com). Technical support will be provided for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated on your receipt.

For products not purchased from us, we offer the following:

If you have problems with your computer and/or software, we can help you solve them, even if the program was not purchased from us. We offer consulting services at the following rates.

One-Time: $65 Flat fee, one hour phone support, must be used within 10 days. Applies towards one problem or incident , or multiple problems on one machine only.

Monthly: $200 Flat fee, Four hours phone support, must be used within 30 days. Applies towards any problem or incident for up to two machines.

How it works:

You sign up first by calling 1-800-7-DENSHI . Ask for ‘Premium Support’. Prepayment only. VISA, MC. AMEX accepted. You will be given a case number and a phone number to call. Though we cannot guarantee 100% results, we will try our best to solve your problem.
